If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed sever able and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

MISCELLANEOUS

Your obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall survive termination, and shall be binding on your heirs, administrators, successors and assigns.
